What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Worn and washed items will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping related charges. Please make the effort to properly insure your return package; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns should be sent to: What The Rock?! 1116 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43201. After your return has been received, replacement items will be shipped or a full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued to your credit card. If you paid via money order, a refund check will be mailed within 7 business days. Please email us with any questions you may have regarding our return policy.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping rates include the United States of America only. International orders will be contacted with a shipping quote before orders are processed. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment via U.S.P.S. With U.S.P.S. it will most likely be sent Priority Mail with a 2-3 day arrival time. We will send the package with Delivery Comfirmation, this way the package can be tracked if anything goes wrong. If you would like insurance, please add that at the time you select your shipping. If you have problems receiving your mail, you may want to select this option, as What the Rock?! is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless it is insured. We will ship it back to you if it gets returned to us, but you must pay the shipping for us to mail it out again. Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding our shipping policy.

What The Rock?! accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We will also accept money orders via U.S. mail. Please take the steps to certify and insure your payment using this option. What The Rock?! will not accept responsibility for lost mail. It is required that you contact us prior to paying with money orders so your order can be processed effectively. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks at this time.
