What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Merchandise must be in its original condition. Worn and washed items will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping related charges. Please make the effort to properly insure your return package; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns should be sent to: What The Rock?! 1194 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43201. After your return has been received, replacement items will be shipped or a full refund, excluding shipping costs, will be issued to your credit card. If you paid via money order, a refund check will be mailed within 7 business days. Please email us with any questions you may have regarding our return policy.
How much will shipping cost?
United States Customers: We use the flat rate options shown below. Orders are shipped USPS in most cases. Delivery confirmation is included on paid Priority shipments only. We suggest choosing the option with insurance. What the Rock?! is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have not been insured.
International Customers: Shipping charges will be billed to you through PayPal. Upon checkout, please choose from either First Class or Priority shipping. First Class charges vary from $6 to $15 with an approximate delivery time of 10-14 business days and do NOT include tracking or insurance. Priority charges vary from $20 to $30 with an approximate delivery time of 6-10 business days and includes tracking and limited indemnity (up to $65). Once we have received all payments (including the PayPal shipping invoice), your order will be shipped.
We currently DO NOT ship to Malaysia or Indonesia, sorry.

What The Rock?! accepts payments through PayPal. We will also accept money orders via U.S. mail. Please take the steps to certify and insure your payment using this option. What The Rock?! will not accept responsibility for lost mail. It is required that you contact us prior to paying with money orders so your order can be processed effectively. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks at this time.
