February Arrivals

February 19, 2008

We got some awesome NEW ARRIVALS in this week.

We have the "Xposed" tote bag that looks like an x-ray
machine is looking inside your bag. It apperars that you
have some brass knuckles, whiskey, and a big wad of cash!!
Uuhhh...not recommended for airline travel, but funny none
the less. Great for trips to the grocery store, these
strong yet lightweight bags are only $11.95.

For your guests to wipe their feet, we have Feet First
Metro Manhole Cover doormats. The one we have says "Metro
Sewer" and is made from recycled truck tires. It measures
2 feet in diameter and is $24.95. A great way to be
"green" and still have an urban look for your home.

"Bone Chillers" are ice cube trays in the shape of skulls
and crossbones. How freakin' cool is that? Each tray
makes 4 skull and 4 crossbone shaped ice cubes. I bet they
can also be used as molds for jello or chocolate. Only
$6.95 for these awesome ice cube trays.

It's cold outside, and now is the time to settle down with
a blanket and a nice book. For the inner geeky bookworm in
all of us, we got in lots of new BOOKS!!!!

More additions to the 33 and 1/3 series of books about
great albums. These short little books are great for
collecting and sharing with fellow music nerds.

Did you ever want to know how to survive if a zombie is
chasing you? Then the "Zombie Survival Guide" is for you!!
Chock full of helpful hints when they want to eat your
brains!!

For horror movie buffs, there is the "Famous Horror Film
Posters" coffee-table book which covers 80 years of horror
films. From silent classics like "Nosferatu" to
contemporary movies like "Silence of the Lambs"...all are
represented in this beautiful book of poster art.

"Beautiful Mutants" is a hardcover book of Mark
Mothersbaugh's art work done with mirrors. Mothersbaugh's
art leads the viewer to see the hidden mutant in all of us.

"Love is a dog from Hell" is classic Bukowski poetry. If
you are a collector of his work, or just getting into him,
this book is a great place to start. One of the first
Bukowski books I ever bought and still a favorite.

"Heavy Metal Thunder" is kick-ass cover art from kick-ass
bands. That about says it all. Relive the glory days of
Heavy Metal Lp's with this book.

And "D.I.Y. Kids" encourages young readers to use basic
design principles and hands-on materials to express their
individuality through more than 90 imaginative projects.
Sewing clothes, binding books, and making stickers are some
of the fun projects found inside. Start you kids off
right---D.I.Y. is the way to go!!!

That's all for now. Stay tuned for more goodies that are
arriving soon. Our BOGOHO sale is still going on until the
end of the month. Thank you for supporting What the Rock?!
