Hi Everyone,

Hope you all are doing well and enjoying these warmer days. We have been pretty busy here at WTR?!. We have been unpacking a lot of new arrivals--We got in a ton of new cool stuff!!

For your humble abode, we have lots of new pint glasses.....

Some are restocks...The Beatles 4 packs (choose from Yellow Submarine or Album Covers) Sailor Jerry shotglasses, and KISS pints and shot glass sets. Beatles, KISS, and Pink Floyd are Special Edition Collector's Series pint glass sets that are a must have for any fan. They are all made in the USA!! And others are brand new pint glass designs....The Rolling Stones "Steel Wheels" , AC/DC "Black Ice", Beatles "Sgt. Peppers" 25 oz. mug, Black Sabbath, Ozzy, Motley Crue, and Pink Floyd "The Wall" 2 pack (Marching Hammers and The Scream) Summer is right around the corner, get into the aloha spirit with some tiki mug sets. Ceramic mugs come packaged with recipes on the back. Make cakes, not war! New from Fred is the "Peace of Cake" a 9" silicone cake pan that bakes a cake emblazoned with a peace symbol on it. Comes in a recycled box and includes a recipe for a tie-dye cake. A portion of the proceeds goes to World Peace organizations.

Full of punk rock pictures to color, mazes, crosswords, etc. Great fun for kids of all ages. "Please Feed Me" a punk vegan cook book. This foreward thinking cookbook conatins lots of great vegan recipes by punk musicians.

That's right, all the onesies, tees, CD's bibs, books, booties, socks, and hats. Because spring time is baby time and we love little rock and roll babies! So if you know anyone that is expecting or if you have one of your own that needs some new goodies, now is the time to buy it. April 10-24th only.

What the Rock?! will be OPEN Easter Sunday, April 12th, from 12-6. So if you are done with family and church and whatnot and need to get out of the house, come on down and see us!!

NEWS/EVENTS This weekend What the Rock?! is participating in Reduction Sale!
Most of the Short North retailers as well as some out of the neighborhood friends like Embassy, Jack Threads and Homage will be setting up this weekend for a huge sale. It's actually next door to the place the flyer says but it will be pretty obvious, signs, balloons, rad dog vegan hotdog cart, pattycake vegan bakery cart, lots of well dressed people who just saved up to 90% on some cool stuff...
The sale is Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th from 12-6 pm each day and will be held at 1195 N High St. Right across the street from our store! Be sure to join us for some great savings, music, food, and fun!

The upcoming Gallery Hop is April 4th, and our featured artist will be Brian Milone from Powell, Ohio. He is an artist that paints in acrylics and markers, his vibrant colors are inspired by nature. Our good friend Bryan "BAM BAM" Grey is also having an art show at Stained Skin, just down the street from us at 1255 N High St. His show opens on Gallery Hop, April 4th (8-12pm) and runs through the month of April. Check it out when you are down there.

April 18th is National Record Store Day, and while we are not technically a record store, we will be having deals on our vinyl. For every $10 you spend on records, you will get a FREE 45!! (there will be a box of goodies to choose from ) There may be additional deals, such as a contest or giveaway, but we haven't yet decided on the details. Other local record stores will be having deals that day as well, so buy some records on the 18th!!

On April 26th, What the Rock?! will be vending at the Columbus Torah Academy's Craftstravaganza!
The CTA Craftstravaganza is a juried, one-day marketplace for handmade goods to be held at the Columbus Torah Academy on Sunday, April 26, 2009. At the Craftstravaganza, you will find vendors selling handmade jewelry, artwork, bath & body products, paper goods, baby items, plush, items for the home, clothing, purses, Judaica and more!
Proceeds from this event will benefit Columbus Torah Academy.
